Suits Me Limited Reviews

I have only recently opened my suits me account and it's been blocked now for 3 days I have sent the information they requested straight away and still have had no reply! Any outgoing or ingoing payment they block even as little as £10. My money is now stuck in suits me and I have no idea for how long and I have told them I need this money to be able to pay my rent etc. Customer support are nice on the phone but it's not helping me understand why and how long my account is going to be blocked.

Suits me I find very good and easy to use, I haven't used my card for a couple of weeks, and received a call from Naomi she was very professional and wanted to know if everything was alright, and told me all the benefits suits me has to offers, letting me know if I need any help I can call. Very good service

Contacted customer services for a minor account issue, agent Gerry was super helpful, quickly sorted things out, even called back with update. Superb service... polite and professional!

There easy to talk to they get any issue fix and they take time to listen to there customers and they also take serious measures in protecting the customers funds

Suits me is a Horrible bank I do not recommend them at all they closed my account for no reason and my salary was going to that account which I needed to use to pay my rent I called them so they could possibly redirect my funds to another account I own, the lady was slightly rude and was saying there’s nothing she can do so I asked for a reason for the closure of the bank she said she’s not sure and the investigation team would get back to me in 7-15 business days and I lost out on my monthly salary for this month and was unable to pay my rent so PLEASE STAY AWAY, may God bless u all.

Lauretta called me today and explain everything about my account so I could understand my account and about the rewards o can get by shopping in certain places

After receiving and activating my account card, a minor glitch occurred with my replacement card. Mary, from Suits Me, informed me of the technical mishap. Although not too pleased with the incident itself, further insight was brought to light.
