Joined this bank several months ago now. Like anything I was sceptical to begin. However I have to say the service is superb. From start to finish, easy sign up, card arrived in days and had zero issues since opening. No hidden fees they are all stated clearly. Looking forward to continuing as a regular user for years to come. Great work team keep up the brilliant work/service.

Waiting ages for my card to arrive
I asked them 3 times (including now) to block my account. I have a gambling problem and have been signed up to gamstop over 5 years. They have let me gamble openly without ever questioning my transactions. I have asked and begged them for help via messages and emails but they ignored me. I tried everything in my power to stop this but I was ignored and now I can’t afford my bills
Dreadful. Applied 4 times and have provided everything asked for. 3 documents and done the photo. Their system keeps sending me messages asking if I have forgotten something or saying to complete my application. When I click the link it says application compete and I have to wait. Phone them and it takes more than an hour for them to answer and you get out through to a call centre in India where they can’t tell you anything anyway or help at all other than telling you to wait and it should be ok. Email Them and you get a response from an unprofessional person sending pointless cut and paste responses and telling you to reapply. Worst pseudo bank ever and worst customer service and website / portal I have ever experienced anywhere.

Everything from start to finish was so easy. Card arrived within a couple of days.
I have had a few technical issues with suits me but they do eventually get resolved it used to be hard to get into contact with suits me but recently they have changed this and after calling today and requesting a call back i was called by ABUBAKAR from customer care and he was great and very helpful and well spoken.

THIS BANK IS AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COST MAY LOOK EASY AND ACCEPTING BUT THEY ARE FAR FROM THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I WAS SENT £46 THEN SAID IT NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED EVEN THO ITS A PAYMENT FROM A REGULAR AND DONT EVEN GIVE YOU A TIME FRAME OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHY THEY BLOCKED ACCOUNT THIS IS RIDICULOUS I TOLD THEM IM DISABLED AND YOU HAVE BLOCKED IT FOR NO REASON AND WONT EVEN BOTHER GIVING YOU AN ANSWER OR ANY FORM OF INFORMATION JUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS OTHERWISE YOU WILL END UP LIKE ME NOW UNABLE TO BUY FOOD!😡😡
