Subsplash Reviews

We've tried several church management platforms over the years and Subsplash is by far the most complete solution. The integration between all modules is seamless and our staff productivity has improved significantly. The mobile app engagement from our congregation exceeded our expectations. Worth every penny.

The platform does what it promises and the video streaming quality is consistently good. Our main frustration is with the limited customization options and the learning curve for new staff members. Overall it's a solid choice but there's definitely room for improvement in user experience.

We've been using Subsplash for about 18 months now and it's been a game changer for our congregation. The app is intuitive and our members love being able to access sermons, events, and give donations all in one place. The livestreaming quality is excellent and rarely has technical issues. My only minor complaint is that the admin dashboard could be more user-friendly for less tech-savvy staff members.

Outstanding video quality and reliability during our weekly services. The platform handles our 800+ member congregation without any lag or buffering issues.

Works as advertised and our members seem to like the app. Just wish it was more affordable for mid-size organizations like ours.

While the concept is great, we've encountered too many technical issues for comfort. The app crashes occasionally during peak usage times, and the web interface can be slow to load. Customer service tries to help but resolution times are longer than expected. Considering other options when our contract is up.

Everything we need in one place - streaming, giving, communication, and content management. The branded app makes our organization look professional and the engagement metrics help us understand our community better.

We switched from another provider last year and haven't looked back. The sermon podcast distribution feature is fantastic and has expanded our reach significantly. The team responds quickly to support tickets and actually listens to feature requests. The only downside is that customization options are somewhat limited compared to building something from scratch.

The core functionality works well and our congregation has embraced the mobile app. Customer support is responsive when issues arise. However, the pricing feels a bit steep for smaller organizations, and some of the advanced features require additional training to implement effectively.

Before Subsplash, we were juggling multiple platforms for different needs. Now everything is centralized and branded consistently. The giving module has actually increased our online donations by about 30%. Setup took some time initially, but their onboarding team was very helpful throughout the process.

The donation processing works smoothly and the mobile app looks professional. Unfortunately, we've had several glitches with event registration that caused confusion among our members. The analytics dashboard is helpful but could provide more detailed insights. It's decent but not exceptional for the price point.

The basic features work well enough for our needs. Live streaming is stable and the donation system processes payments without issues. However, the design customization is quite limited and the reporting features could be more comprehensive. It's adequate but not outstanding.
