Having now implemented StudentCRM in a third organisation I can still say that it is one of the best systems around. I initially used it in HE but having moved to an FE institution I have now successfully implemented it here too. It is so easy to get started, the implementation is so simple compared to other systems i've used, we were using it within a week! It has all the functionality needed to improve student recruitment processes from initial enquiry to enrolment and some great features that I haven't seen in other products. A year on and we are already seeing the benefits with increased open day bookings and conversion and increased applications!

Easy to use.

I am a developer and my role is to integrate Student Record Systems with third party applications such as Student CRM. I have done 3 integrations with Student CRM which have all worked very well. The reason it works is they have an excellent API Layer along with a sandbox for testing. The online documentation is accurate and as such, I rarely needed to raise a ticket. In fact the only time I had a question I got a super quick reply and I was back up and running within the hour.

The team has been very helpful and friendly at each occasion, and explained how the issue has been resolved in detail and what to look for should similar situation occur.

We used student-crm for a number of years and they have been great for managing a range of our Student Recruitment and Marketing activities. I particularly appreciated the regular updates to put more control in the hands of the users, as well as the ongoing improvements to the event management tools. Customer support is also excellent.

We have been delighted since our switch to Student CRM. The whole team provides first rate dedicated support throughout implementation and beyond. The regular webinars and user groups give fantastic insight into upcoming improvements and best ways to use the system, and the team at Student CRM always welcome suggestions to make the product better - it's always evolving and improving. With Student CRM we have been able to streamline several of our processes already with more to come!

Had a exceptional introduction to Student CRM from Andy. As a new user of the system in a new organisation his honest insight and advice into the best practice and how we can get the best out of the system based on our needs was invaluable.

Very helpful and prompt customer service via online chat function, easy to navigate CMS.

Staff are always ready to answer questions even if its just "How do I do X". They are very helpful would highly recommend SCRM, very easy system to navigate and most applications have a handy introduction video

I've worked with StudentCRM for around 5 years now, and our relationship has continued to strengthen in that time. We're in a really good place with both the team at StudentCRM and our use of the system (a world away from where we were actually!), but that doesn't stop us wanting to make continuous improvements. Our Account Manager and all the Customer Service Team listen really well to our needs and work hard to resolve any problems quickly. From my perspective, it really helps being able to talk to 'normal' people about technical things that I don't really understand, and not get laughed at when I'm trying to explain what I'm trying to do or my next crazy idea! The team also really keep up with developments in the sector and are releasing new features or suggesting better ways of doing things all the time. Being able to put feature requests forward as a client is also a huge help, as are the user group meetings where I get to share knowledge and ideas and network with others using the same system. I love working with you guys, thank you for allowing me to challenge you as much as I do!

All of the team at Student CRM are amazing! Any issues we have, or questions they are always on hand to help. Our Account Manager always goes above and beyond to support our users, and always demonstrates new and exciting ways to enhance our use of the platform. The monthly webinars from Dom are super helpful and great opportunities to learn from other HEI's.

I had the pleasure of working with the student crm team. The professionalism and the quality of detail they produced for the company I worked for at the time was amazing. Any suggestion of a change, they were willing to look into and produced a effective solution. The application is easy to work with and produces what detail you require when you work in a Higher ed environment.

We had an inhouse CRM, with form builder in my previous job (Local Government). Which was just a little slow and clunky, so having something just work well is very refreshing. The help and support from the Student CRM team has been great, and this may be one of the first livechats that has been a pleasure to use! The ongoing improvements and commitment to adapting to the changing trends in higher education are commendable.
