Great system, would recommend!
I've worked with StudentCRM for around 5 years now, and our relationship has continued to strengthen in that time. We're in a really good place with both the team at StudentCRM and our use of the system (a world away from where we were actually!), but that doesn't stop us wanting to make continuous improvements. Our Account Manager and all the Customer Service Team listen really well to our needs and work hard to resolve any problems quickly. From my perspective, it really helps being able to talk to 'normal' people about technical things that I don't really understand, and not get laughed at when I'm trying to explain what I'm trying to do or my next crazy idea! The team also really keep up with developments in the sector and are releasing new features or suggesting better ways of doing things all the time. Being able to put feature requests forward as a client is also a huge help, as are the user group meetings where I get to share knowledge and ideas and network with others using the same system. I love working with you guys, thank you for allowing me to challenge you as much as I do!
