Had my own home gym now for approximately 30 years since I was around 29 years of age. Ive got most things you would need but the one thing I didn’t have was a cable crossover. After a lot of research for a considerable time, I discovered the Strongway crossover. I contacted the company and Manish got back to me very quickly and put my mind at rest because let’s face it, your paying alot of money for something you want to know it’s the right thing. I have spoke to manish via email a few times and he dosent hesitate to contact you back. I have a converted double garage at the bottom of my drive and I started decorating it about 4 months ago which is when I ordered the crossover. Sadly I took ill and have only just finished decorating it. Yesterday, 15/11/2025 I started building the crossover. I finished it off today. To say I’m pleased is an understatement!! I absolutely love it. I really like the way you can have the cable top, middle or bottom, I really did strike it lucky with this one!! See what i did there! It’s not that difficult to build either. The one bit of advice I would give is, when putting the two chrome bars in that holds the weights, make sure you get them the right way up!! At the bottom there are no threads, the threads are at the top!! I discovered that and had to partly dismantle it! To summarise. Great machine, not too difficult to build ( obviously my experience maybe different for others) great to use and looks fantastic! I have no doubt in my mind that Manish has a customer for life! Thank you.

Can not believe the quality of this! Very well built! My dad basically threw it up without the instructions. 10/10 absolutely love it!! Really impressed with it all! Got a proper gym set up now !! So happy!! Although I live 4th floor & had to carry it up myself as they only sent one driver bless him. He was polite & helpful although I really think the company should send 2 drivers or state you only deliver to the close door & not my house door. Took me an hour to get it up stairs on my own, it’s common sense of your charging that much to send if safe enough o make it to the house . Anyway still 5 stars because of the gym but arrange a man to be home the boxes are HUGE!! I had to take them apart and carry the stuff up singularly as I’m 10 stone & the package was about 300kilo

Really good company - I was nervous at first as the price seemed a bit good to be true, but I'm really happy with my squat rack with cables. It's exactly as described and Manish held the machine for me until we were ready for delivery, and then delivery was super quick. The written instructions aren't the best, but the video instructions Manish sent were spot on. I'm using my kit multiple times a week and love it!

I was unable to get any info from the courier’s website on the exact delivery date so sent a quick email to Strongway to see if they could check from their end. Manish replied quickly to let me know it was still on the way and, sure enough, my stuff arrived the next day. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Customer service is excellent and they will make you feel like you are the centre of their world.

Quick delivery and Manish was very helpful in providing an instruction PDF. It took a day to put together, but my manual was missing the images, so it took me longer. But it is straightforward and fitted together well. Really happy with the equipment; it all seems to work well, pretty quiet and a small footprint

The weighted cable is good value for money. The item was despatched in good time and received over 2 days. The instructions for assembly are very basic and would benefit from having a parts diagram in order to identify exactly what a numbered part is on a drawing.

Good product, prompt delivery. One piece was broken but part was promptly replaced

The machine is amazing and really helps speed up the workout as it's adjustable and the range of exercisesit offers. It has a few limitations in terms of range of motion but this is very minor for what you get. Strongway were fantastic with their communication as my machine arrived with a few missing piece however the customer service provided by Manish was outstanding as he had them shipped out to me immediately. He is a real credit to the company and his customer service was exemplary.

Good weights, even better as I bought them on offer and I’m glad the ends are secured with twist on rings rather than clips… much easier to use!

Quick delivery, good comms, this bench would hold an elephant! Heavy duty Very Well made and sturdy yet very easy to move around on its wheels, takes up no room when upright. Well impressed Cheers

I purchased the Strongway Multi Gym with Weights - Multifunction Home Gym Machine. The product itself is fantastic and good quality for the price. Im only giving it 4 stars as the instructions where extremely basic. It took me 5 hours to build. I think if instructions where numbered better or an online step by step tutorial would benefit both consumer and retailer. I would recommend this machine to those looking for a good quality budget home gym.

I had initially been in contact with Strongway Gym Supplies a few months ago as I was looking to buy a multi gym smith machine for use at home. I was initially in contact with Mandeep who provided prompt replies and was very helpful with providing product details and delivery updates after I made my purchase. Having received my order I had a query about one of the parts which I thought was missing from the delivery, turns out this was not missing but the delivery company had not delivered it. I contacted Strongway and spoke to Manish. Manish was equally as helpful as Mandeep. Manish was quick to reply to my messages and dealt with my query promptly and professionally, they dispatched a new part straight away but when I realised the part was then deleted Manish was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I could not fault the customer services I have received from Strongway especially from Mandeep and Manish. I am also extremely happy with my multi gym it is perfect and I have already put it to good use. I have since made further purchases based on the customer service a d quality of the products.
