Streamsong Reviews

While the core service is reliable, I've had some frustrating experiences with their billing department. It took multiple calls to resolve a simple invoice discrepancy. The actual platform works fine, but the administrative side needs work.

Zero downtime in the 8 months we've been using their services. That alone makes it worth it for our business.

Overall satisfied with the service quality. The platform is stable most of the time, though we've had a few minor outages that were resolved quickly. Pricing is fair and customer service is generally helpful.

Streamsong has been handling our business communications for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service team is responsive and knowledgeable, always resolving issues quickly. The platform is intuitive and reliable. Only minor complaint is that the mobile app could use some improvements, but overall highly recommended.

Streamsong has scaled perfectly with our business growth. Started with their basic plan and easily upgraded as our needs expanded. The transition was seamless and their team provided great support throughout.

Really impressed with what we're getting for the price. The features are comprehensive and the setup was straightforward.

As a consulting firm, we need reliable communication tools and Streamsong delivers. The call quality is crystal clear and the conference features work flawlessly. Integration with our CRM was smooth and their technical team provided excellent support during implementation.

The service works well for standard business needs. Pricing is competitive and reliability has been good. However, customization options are somewhat limited if you have specific requirements.

The service works as advertised and the team seems competent. However, some features feel outdated compared to competitors, and the user interface could be more modern. It gets the job done but doesn't wow me.

We switched to Streamsong six months ago and it's been a good decision. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for our less tech-savvy team members. Occasionally we experience minor lag during peak hours, but nothing that significantly impacts our workflow. Their billing is transparent with no hidden fees.

Streamsong covers our basic needs adequately. The core functionality works well, though I wish they had more advanced reporting features. Customer support is decent but response times can be slow during busy periods.

The initial setup and training was thorough and professional. Our account manager walked us through everything step by step and made sure we understood all the features. The platform has been stable and efficient for our daily operations. My only wish is for better integration options with some of our existing tools.
