I recently started a program with them and things were fine until I decided to go a different direction with my finances. I tried writing an email to end my participation in the program and asked for unused money to be refunded. My emails have gone unanswered, so I tried calling, no answer, not even voicemail. My advice is, be sure their service is what you want because you won’t be able to get ahold of them after

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They sound so legit but this is a SCAM. I can’t get ahold of anyone to get out of the program
the referred me to Clear Creek Legal and some lawyer named Kevin Wang with no address or phone number listed with the Colorado Bar Exam. Took thousands and will not pay me back. Never settled anything.
it looks like a scam company to me .i gave my whole information including social awcurity number and after sharing cintract no one in tne company is contactable .also sales guy is not responding .i have to report them to police because i trusted and gave my information to them. never trust them .
The latest news that’s being published by the media regarding the status of Strategic Financial Solutions (Strategic Consulting) is very alarming. Since the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and 7 state attorneys general is suing Strategic Financial Solutions, how are our accounts being handled now? Everything is frozen, calls and e-mails do not connect.
I would actually leave less than 1 star if possible. After numerous attempts to contact them - with no success - I have actually retained an attorney. I have paid over 4K and have seen absoulutely nothing in return. I would highly recommend if you are thinking about using this company - DON'T.
I have not been able to get in touch with Kory Dillet, who is my Strategic Consultant. I've tried calling him every day & all I get is "your call can't be completed as dialed." I'm using the number that he gave me when we had our one conversation. I've even emailed him to no avail. I don't know what the problem is, but I don't appreciate the lack of communication. I want to speak to someone ASAP!
This is 100% scam I started my process back on December 28 they already took 2 payments out of my bank account I call several times to find out what's going on since I'm getting calls from my credit cards for none payment , all the phone numbers I was giving don't work anymore now I have to pay late fees on all my cards that were supposed to be consolidated, the lawyer doesn't answer the person who started my process the phone doesn't work either. Save your money and time and headaches , there's no way to get intouch with anyone
My first initial conversation with Ben White was great! Then all of a sudden I needed to contact them and there was a busy signal all day! No contact by email either! They got all my info and they disappeared! I have no idea what will happen next...Had to close my bank account and put a hold on my SS...All the info i gave prior, I take back! They deceived me! I still have not heard from them!
Bait and switch. Dangle the hopes of debt relief and get increased debt and no support from this company, atlas debt relief or the law firm they set me up wit
After the initial consultation and setup by phone I had serious problems that needed and still need addressing. The main phone number hangs up on you, the supposed direct line to my agent hangs up as well and there's no response to continuous texts after 3 weeks. I'm trying to figure out how to get out of the mess Strategic Consulting put me in wrecking my credit for no good reason.
STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Total SCAM. Do not trust their fake reviews here or the agents that work for them. They have been reported to BBB 95 times in the past 12 months for fraud. Check the BBB.org site and search them up. After 10 months nothing has been done from the company that they refer you to Level One Law. They are both in the scam together. Complete frauds. This company says that your credit score will rebound in 7-9 months after they negotiate and pay off the credit card balances included in their program. The truth is that will never happen. When I finally got my program back and estimated payoffs the creditors are not paid off right away and they even drag out their estimates to 2026 and 2027. Our credit is now completely ruined for trusting in this company to do what they said. When I tried to contact my agent Matthew Hanley phone now does not work and their supposedly corp number 855-906-3235 does not accept calls for you to talk with or leave a message. They are not accredited with BBB. The supposed lawyer group Level One Law is even a bigger scam. They have been reported 35 times in past 12 months for fraud business. This group has taken $6,289 from my bank over 10 months and have not done any work to resolve our creditors balances. After waiting on hold for 6 hrs this past Friday when I finally spoke to a guy named Dan and explained the situation, he hung up on me. Major headache for me and my family. I am filing a complaint with BBB for level one law to try and get my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your info or get involved with both these fraudulent business.
Beware of this company. It is a scam. They take your money and then you don’t hear from them. You try to contact them and get nowhere. The lawyer, I talked to regarding the company, refused to take my calls.
Fake company!!!!!
Took $14 thousand dollars over 2 years from me in fees and do not pay off or settle any of my credit cards or loans. Total scam Jason Hughes was the person that set up the account.
I am both Embarrassed and Ashamed! I cannot believe that people would consciously occupy themselves all-day long with an effort to scam people; what a gross expression of artistry. These people are, to be sure, con artists. My first thought was to not delve in such a situation, but because I have always paid my bills and have never neglected them, I was hoping this would be a viable option to be fair with my creditors, given this turn of personal events; I have recently experienced some extreme health challenges along with a drastic change in income status. So, I viewed this option as a means of handling my debts responsibly, to bring about a positive conclusion before any lateness would occur, given my situation. It has been since October 25, 2023, and I've been unsettled ever since. Phone calls, emails, text messages, mailings have been very unsettling. The company never talks about their fees, but only that once there is "enough" money accumulated in the account. I was told their fee for settling each account would be $25.00. I thought that was great, so I subscribed to this service. But I was then heartbroken, after four months, during a recent phone call with one representative who spilled the beans about their fee, and said, read your contract. Nestled way down in the contract is a fee of 25% of each debt settled. Who in their right mind, knowing this upfront, would agree to such?! So, the plan here is to string the time out as long as possible to ensure that late fees attach, making their portion as large as possible before contacting the client about settlement. 25% of $9500.00 = $2,375.00. That's just for one creditor! Just imagine if one has multiple credit accounts for settlement?! However, to date, there is no activity worth speaking of; my agent does not respond to my inquiries (voice nor email), the main number is inoperative, and my number has been blocked from my agent; my escrow account is missing money - even though there's been no authorized expenditure toward the settling of any debt; the list of accounts was inaccurate, and finally my emails to the company I've been switched to (Atlas), is not responding to my inquiries; their site says it will take 5-7 days before anyone will get back to me. Today, I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission regarding this. I do not know what the outcome will be here, but I have to do something. For sure, I now have to go back to every one of my creditors and attempt to arrange a solution to bring this situation to the best possible conclusion. My advice to any who read this is: Follow your first mind. In reading these reviews, both positive and negative; I noticed a lot of positives which is what won me over, but what I have been caused to focus on more clearly because of my experience, is the fact that there are no reviews which state that this company has successfully settled anyone's debt. Not one! Don't be swayed by a nice voice over the phone, or their explanation of how credit or debt settlement works; you already know this information; they are masters at persuading people to subscribe to their service as a 'convenience' to you, that's why they are the ones talking on the phone. That's what makes them con artists. I knew better, and I'm ashamed and embarrassed for not doing what I should have done. And now this is the result of false thinking. Extreme Inconvenience.
Been trying to contact my agent or anyone for that matter for 15 days now. Signed up in August and am now convinced it's a scam. I've already contacted my bank for a stop payment but still can't get ahold of anyone to cancel my program. Don't recommend.
