Lovely person dealt quick and was polite

Was a little concerned initially after signing up as I read a lot of negativity surrounding support from tutors. I must say, however, that I have been pleasantly surprised. All my questions have been answered promptly by the support team, and after submitting my first unit to my tutor Pauline Thompson she had my unit marked and returned to me within 24hrs. Brilliant support.

First assignment completed, marked and sent back to me on the Access to HE Diploma (English Studies). A pleasant experience so far and the study materials are very easy to follow and understand. I'm looking forward to the rest of the course. Thank you to Marcus Fox for marking my first assignment! Very constructive feedback.

Stonebridge College does not deserve any stars. I finished my Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for teaching and learning in schools (RQF) In February and still have not received my certificate. I have made numerous calls and logged numerous learn direct queries and no one seems to get back to me. Since April my course has been with the certificate department. They first said I would have my certificate in 12 weeks. 12 weeks has come and gone. It took me many hours and lots of hard to complete this course and they are denying me a certificate. I would not recommend anyone studying through Stonebridge College. It feels like I have been scammed and conned. Legal action will be taken if not resolved ASAP.

Really easy to use and the learning was up to date and very informative, I will definitely be using Stonebridge again and have recommended it to friends and family, there are such a wide variety of courses and the tutors keep you informed at all times, thankyou

My tutor (Sukhvinder Heer) has marked my drafts and assignments quickly and with detail. The feedback I've been given has also been fairly helpful. My only issue is that I have been unable to access some study materials and assignments.

I was told I had 14 days to cancel the course if I changed me mind, this is not the actual case, it’s in the terms and conditions that if you activate your course your not able to cancel it and then if I don’t pay to be threatened with debt collectors. Customer service terrible. Several rq from a call …to be told that I must call them …after being on hold for 16 mins twice. Poor service…taking this matter further and will seek legal advice.

I have had an amazing experience learning with Stonebridge/pearls and all thanks to my amazing tutor Dr. Stephen English, he’s made learning my course more easier than I thought and with his help I was able to achieve good grades. I would recommend this learning platform to any and everyone which I’m already doing and I hope they’ll all have an amazing tutor like mine.

My tutor Zoe was amazing throughout, particularly towards the end where I had found a job in school and I was juggling work, being a Mum and studying. She was really supportive. The course itself is easy to follow and informative. The only thing that could be improved is a section in each unit that contains all the relevant forms and documents you need in one place. Thank you so much again to my tutor.

Just finished studying Understanding Autism: TQUK Level 3 Certificate (RQF). Really enjoyed the course. I found a lot of new useful information, despite the fact that I already have experience working with people with autism. A lot of new skills and strategies that I will definitely in my work. The information is presented in a very comprehensive and clear way and include a lot of links to additional resources. Evaluation is always within the deadline. Assessors give a very detailed feedback. In the final assessment, assessor Barbara Philbrick not only provided the feedback, but also included additional resources where I will be able to find information for my practical work in the future. Really helpful. It is also important that I could make my own study plan. It is really valuable when you need to find balance between study and work. I am really satisfied with the training. Highly recommend.

I studied a farming course and had no issues. I learnt a lot and the assignments were always quickly responded to. My only grumble would be that I took an 8 month break and no-one contacted me to see if I needed anything/was OK. But I guess it is self initiated!

I studied Anatomy and physiology level 3, and found the whole process very straightforward. The tutor was incredibly fast at marking assignments. All in all a great experience.

This is my second course with stonebridge. I appreciate the professionality, subject knowledge and timely feedback given by my tutor Hilary Clarke, as well as her consistent encouragement. The course structure was easy to follow and the content very interesting.
