These thin micro usb cables do not last and they do loose connection to charge the controller. You really need to reinforce the connector to not move at all. Because its a really weak thin piece of ABS, gamers are moving their controllers alot. I should not have to duct tape it for it to stay in place.

Parcel was refused by the delivery because it was damaged still waiting for a refund
Awful customer service. Ordered a month ago hasn’t arrived. Said a replacement would be issued in time for my daughters birthday and since hasn’t come and haven’t had any replies from them. Totally unsatisfied.
Perfect headphones for my kid. We got the green/pink one and so far so good. They look and feel gorgeous and the sound is pretty decent. And what's more important is I don't need to go bananas if she breaks them as they are pretty affordable.
