The Team at Statement Drafting Services were extremely efficient quick and helpful in getting these documents signed. Despite the Coronavirus lockdown measures I was extremely impressed with how professionally the team managed to deal with the matter. The speed and accuracy of the information conveyed was excellent. In particular, Ben the Legal Assistant dealing with the case was particularly worthy of praise. His professional approach and efficiency and skills in dealing with some difficult issues in this case warrant praise. He is an asset to this company in every way. It took 5 phone calls from me to get an appointment booked. And I was accommodating with dates and time. Eventually, a date and time was provisionally agreed with a young man who was very effective compared to the young woman I was getting at first. He confirmed the appointment very quickly. The agent arrived a little early, but that was fine. He was polite and efficient. I felt I need more time to read the paper work before signing. But it would have taken too long. I would suggest that in future the paperwork should be posted to give sufficient time to read thoroughly, then a follow up appointment with the agent for signing.

A very polite and pleasant Lady conducted the interview with my Wife and myself.This is the first time this has happened to us we did not know what to expect. She made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. Well done.

The actual appointment session was a 5* experience as the gentleman turned up on time, was well dressed, very pleasant & efficient. I have reduced by a star as the first appointment the day before was not kept & we were not told until I rang to ask where he was. For this part I was disappointed but that was your office/admin side rather than the visit.
