Great services very patient to deal with

Applied for an advertised vacancy with this company, however it turns out that they only engage you as a self employed contractor expecting you to provide all your own IT equipment and invoice them for each individual piece of work. In my opinion this is not a trustworthy model for employing people, especially as they made no reference to being a Contractor on the advert for the vacancy and feels to me very much like a way of avoiding responsibilities to the people they engage (such as sick pay, holiday pay, pension contributions). Personally I'd deal with a company who values its staff sufficiently to properly employ them and provide them with at least the standard benefits and rights of full time employees.
