Out of frustration, I submitted a formal complaint to Curaçao eGaming, outlining the situation, including: – Sudden account suspension without explanation – Excessive and disproportionate KYC demands – Retention of my remaining balance (~$40) – Complete silence from customer support I understand the need for identity verification in some cases — especially for large sums or suspicious activity — but this was a small deposit from a new user with no violations. I expected a more fair and transparent approach. If this situation is resolved fairly, I’ll be happy to update this review.
