If you're looking for something between economy and business class, this hits the sweet spot. The recline is much better than standard seats and you get served first. Boarding process could be smoother though.

The premium economy cabin was nice and staff were friendly, but the check-in process took forever. Also had issues with the entertainment system on my seat. For the price point, expected a bit more reliability.

The premium economy service is solid - better than standard but not quite business class level. Seats are comfortable and the amenity kit was a nice surprise. However, the entertainment selection could use some updating, and the cabin temperature was inconsistent throughout the flight.
