Sproutgigs? More like Stinkgigs!
I saw many reviews here saying they don't pay or they terminated their accounts, but none of these happened to me luckily.
I only worked as a freelancer in the MicroJobs section, so I'll share the problems I faced from this section.
They are lazy: They don't really care about us, people. I got a few tasks where most of them were misrated, I contacted support team but they said they couldn't give me the money for misrating and the buyer didn't response either, so I got a few not satisfied tasks for reason.
KYC: As they are lazy, they didn't approve the KYC verification yet I believe it hung there for a month, tho they said this in that section: "We aim to clear KYC in a few days to a week, but backlogs do occur." But they did let me to withdraw.
TAX / TIN info: If it doesn't get accepted, they won't let you payout. But if your tax info matches with your profile and everything, it will get accepted so no worries there.
Poor management in my opinion: I refreshed the micro job page and nothing showed up, refreshed for the 2nd or 3rd time, then works to do showed up, where 100 of 2000 works are remaining, means you can do 100 works. What would happen if they showed me tasks when I first refreshed it and not when few works are remaining to do, at the deadline? It's a really big problem if they don't give you works even if they are available there.
If they don't fix the last problem soon, you'll lose your mind, like I did and still am sometimes. Good luck guys!
Still gave 2 stars cz they at least let me withdraw, after giving lots of pain and headache!
