Great price and fast delivery

First time purchaser and the experience was great. I found some Hoka trainers that I wanted at a great price. I placed the order on the Saturday evening and they arrived on the Tuesday.

I liked Sport It First and was shopping here regularly, but my last order wasn't pleasant at all. Usually I shop with big chunks and return the items that don't fit or I don't like. In my last order's return, they refunded only 2 items out of 5 items that I sent back, even though I sent back only one package, no way some of it arrived, others didn't. In the customer service, I explained my situation, but they kept telling me the same thing, "two items as can be seen on our system", like a machine. I lost £60 unnecessarily. Be careful when returning, take a video or something like that.

Superb but a bit long winded exchange

The order and original delivery was absolutely great and lightening fast, no problems with the item, all great, but the length of time waiting for the exchange was too long for my liking. Great comms and also always answered quickly but stock response really. All in all great product at very reasonable prices (£175 for £300 rugby boots) but if you need an exchange in size as I did, you just gotta wait. So so close to superb, just a bit of tweaking the returns.

BEWARE - no refund if parcel missing

Shocked when my parcel was showing as delivered (with no photo as proof of postage) - I contacted the company and they kept repeating the tracking showed as delivered. I asked them for proof of postage but they kept repeating what the link said. Refused a refund! Not sure if the parcel was left outside and someone took it, or if the courier lost it? Either way they have been so unhelpful and I'm not out of pocket.

SCAM, FRAUD, BEWARE

Be very careful when buying from this website. They lied and told me they had sent my refund on multiple occasions and when it wasn't forthcoming I involved PayPal. I now have my refund due to PayPal deciding in my favour but it took over a month. Sportitfirst are very shady in my opinion, stay well clear.

Still waiting for my money after THEIR mistake

I bought a pair of shoes from Sport It First on the Decathlon marketplace, and the experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Wrong size sent • I ordered a UK 7, but they shipped a UK 7.5. • I reported the mistake the same day. Endless waiting & zero communication • Customer service promised an update within three business days. • It’s now more than five business days later—no emails, no calls, nothing. Exchange? Not possible • The chat agent told me they can exchange the item, so my only option was to return the shoes for a refund. Refund nowhere to be seen • I returned the shoes almost a week and a half ago using their own label. • Tracking shows they were delivered to their warehouse on 7 May, and I have uploaded proof of delivery. This whole ordeal was caused by their original error, yet I’m the one chasing them for a basic refund. If this is how Decathlon lets its marketplace partners treat customers, shopping here online feels pretty unsafe. Until Sport It First (or Decathlon) processes my refund and issues an apology, I can’t recommend them to anyone. Buy elsewhere—or at least be prepared for a long, silent wait if something goes wrong.
