Agent Amina Lic 6004965 was very helpful. However I did not purchase Spirit Dental. I was speaking with Agent Amina who did not confirm the existence of any other insurance policies I already had prior to asking for my account information. Also in this conversation I stated I wanted the policy to start on the 15th and not the 2nd which she agreed to and that is when the automatic payments would begin. After taking my bank account information on the phone and prior to giving any permission to charge my account, I mentioned I already had a plan with Ameritus. She then stated my account would not be charged for $66.88 as I had already purchased an Ameritus plan over the weekend. She stated any new plan under Spirit would be declined. She stated I would get a follow up email confirming the cancellation of Spirit and that my existing policy with Ameritus would not be affected. I should not have gotten the email stating I purchased Spirit which is not the case and if charged it would be considered fraudulent as I said no, you don't have permission to charge as I made clear I wanted the supplemental coverage confirmed and asked her to delete all account information. I also wanted that deletion confirmed in her follow up email.

I waited for about 3–5 minutes to get connected, and the whole call, from start to finish, took about 15 minutes. The representative I spoke to was polite, professional, and incredibly clear. She had such a pleasant voice and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable asking questions, even the ones that made me feel a little clueless about insurance policies. She never rushed me, never made me feel dumb, and walked me through every detail so clearly. I find it rare to have such a positive experience with insurance, but this was fast, smooth, and left me feeling completely confident in my decision. Huge thanks to Spirit Dental for making something complicated feel so easy!
