I recently signed up for Spirit Dental over the phone, and I was genuinely impressed by how easy and pleasant the entire process was. I waited for about 3–5 minutes to get connected, and the whole call, from start to finish, took about 15 minutes. The representative I spoke to was polite, professional, and incredibly clear. She had such a pleasant voice and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable asking questions, even the ones that made me feel a little clueless about insurance policies. She never rushed me, never made me feel dumb, and walked me through every detail so clearly. I find it rare to have such a positive experience with insurance, but this was fast, smooth, and left me feeling completely confident in my decision.
