Should’ve got back in touch sooner!
I’ve used Speedy Freight for many years in my previous role at Rexel and recently reconnected with them in my new role at Parmley Graham, and honestly, I should’ve done it sooner! It’s all in the name: Speedy! They are consistently fast, efficient, and reliable. The team in the office are an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, helpful, and on the ball. If you're looking for a courier partner who delivers with both professionalism and personality, I can't recommend them highly enough.

First and Last Time Using Speedy Freight
First time using Speedy Freight and after this experience we unfortunately wouldn't use them again. Our goods arrived damaged and unusable. When I contacted them about this they asked for photographic evidence which I provided and was told they were going to do their own internal investigation. They then sent me photos of the goods loaded and secured onto the van - they looked fine and then I included pictures of how they arrived and as they were being unloaded from the van. It is clear that they were damaged in transit yet they will not take responsibility at all. Very disappointing as was looking for a long term courier service to use.

Will definitely use this service in future
The name of the company is well deserved. I booked a pick up from Halifax around 2pm and had the large 18Kg package in my hands around 4.40pm. A very courteous and helpful guy on the phone who took the booking and the driver were both brilliant. Well spoken and very helpful. Will definitely use this service in future. p.s. My last pick up service from one of the big companies ended up a disaster; resulting in a crushed telescope tube. The telescope, a 10'' Celestron reflecting telescope cost over £1000 new.
