I bought a PC from SpecTech gaming and I couldn't have asked for better customer service Daryl was such an amazing person and he worked with me to find the best PC set-up that suited my needs and he was always on hand to help me even after purchase he helped me find a monitor that was perfect. So overall SpecTech gaming is a fantastic company with amazing products and an above excellent level of customer service I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a PC to use SpecTech gaming. With this being my first ever purchase on a gaming pc, I was a bit torn on where I would go to get one built from scratch, I’m very happy to say I was not disappointed with the results that I got. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to get a computer built😀

Having gotten rid of my last high end gaming PC I foolishly thought I could leave PC gaming behind, now that I'm in my 40's. After a few months I realised I'd made a big mistake. How to remedy this? I generally build my own PCs, but, as you'll be aware if you're into PC gaming at all, there's been an absurd shortage of GPUs, leading to preposterous prices across the market. Scouring Facebook Marketplace I happened upon some listings for brand new gaming PCs, featuring 30 series graphic cards. The company was called SpecTech Gaming. My immediate reaction was "has to be a scam". However, I reached out, anyway, just to test the water. I'm incredibly glad that I did. Daryl came across as very friendly and genuine, and it soon became apparent that this was no scam. I've been the proud owner of an RTX 3070 PC, courtesy of SpecTech for a few months now. The machine was built to order, well within the week time frame I was given, and has ran like a dream since I received it. Pricing was extremely good which surprised me, quite frankly. With the aforementioned GPU shortages, a lot of companies have been upping their prices accordingly. Not SpecTech. Daryl has kept in touch and with the two year guarantee, you can see why I included 'excellent customer service" in the title. It's been above and beyond. If you're on the fence at all, don't be. Take the plunge, you won't regret it. I've already left a review on Facebook (not something I would normally do which tells you all you need to know), and have been recommending Daryl and SpecTech to my friends. I've even been considering a few upgrades. Best of all, though, I have access to my much missed library of over 300 Steam games again. Love it.

I ordered my PC from Daryl, though I was apprehensive at first having never had a custom PC before. He took time to understand what I wanted from a system and recommended various builds to meet within my budget. My BEAST was ready exactly when he said it would be and I tottered off excitedly to use it. About a week in, I had a motherboard malfunction which Daryl replaced that same day. (the motherboard malfunction was a hardware fault and not Daryl's). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SpecTech or Daryl, you can see my computer and my review also on Facebook, and I have copied it here: I got a full custom build PC from Daryl, having had an awful experience with a 'big brand' company. I reached out to Daryl to see if he could help me. As he is a new company, I had a level of nervousness, which has been totally unfounded. Daryl talked to me for hours to help me settle on a build that I was happy with that fitted within my budget. I am now in possession of what feels like a dream PC, it looks how I want, it is future proof as it is able to be upgraded as and when I need to. He has the patience of a saint. Dealing with queries and questions, hmmmingg and haaainggg. But guiding with an open mind and honest opinion. He didn't get the arm in and barely makes a fee for himself for building these PC's. He gave me a completion date and stuck to it, despite a delay in postage, he still had my PC ready when he said he would. Hopefully I don't need anything for my PC anytime soon, but I know if I do need something, or if I hear anyone wanting a new build, I will 100% recommend Daryl. Great company! Daryl was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process even though my build took a little longer then expected due to graphic care trouble! The end result was nothing short of amazing! Looks and plays fantastically and couldn’t ask for more! Had a bit of trouble setting up as I’m not that tech savvy and Daryl was straight on telling me what to do and how he could help excellent service throughout!

Would 100% recommend I ordered a custom build gaming pc i9-10900k rtx 3070, and a lot of other upgrades don’t get me wrong the 1st pc I received he mixed my order up with another build but after 1 day of messaging I left the PC back to him and with in 3 days I had my complete new build, everything is done with precision and communication was great never once was I left on read would 100% buy again

I found this company on Facebook, advertising the cheapest Rtx 3070 gaming pc I had seen. After contacting Jordan and ordering the pc on a Saturday I was pleasantly surprised when he contacted me the following Friday with the news that I would receive my new rig by 1pm the next day. It arrived at 8:30am the next day, very well packaged and it is an amazing machine...it looks great, loads very fast, plays AAA games at ultra settings and is so quiet...to say I am happy with it would be the understatement of the year. I'm 55 years old and have been gaming all my life, this machine is the best I have ever owned and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spectech to anyone. They are professional, polite and friendly and they know how to make an old gamer very happy indeed. My reactions aren't that great anymore and I die a lot in games but now I look amazing doing it haha. Thanks guys, the 2 year guarantee is a sweet bonus too...you rock!!

Absolutely recommend this company! From start to finish i was given advice and help.daryl responded to any messages night or day nearly straight away which put my mind at ease. My gaming pc is an absolute work of art and runs like a dream! Would give more stars if i could,will definitely be using them again.

I was a bit nervous to start with as this is my first computer and I kind of knew what I wanted, but after speaking with Daryl he put me at ease straight away and after telling him what I wanted it for (gaming of course) he advised me on what was needed and what was within my budget, he made the process easy and he knew what he was talking about which made things even easier. After a good conversation we came to an agreement and what further steps were involved, now i have my PC and it is the best investment in company and in PC, my upgrades when i decide to get them i will be using again, thank you for the professional help and advice.
