Soti Move was absolutely excellent. They arrived on time, finished on time, and in between they did everything that was asked of them and a lot more. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was the first time my partner and I have ever moved house using a removal company and we couldn't have hoped for a smoother experience. Andrey and his team arrived promptly in the early morning as it was a long distance move and loaded our belongings in a swift and careful manner. They also offered to wrap and protect some of our more valuable and fragile items and did so professionally and efficiently. Both Andrey and his partner were friendly, easy to talk to and made the process completely stress-free. I highly recommend Soti Move to anyone who needs a reliable company to help on their big or small moving day. Thank you, so much!

I have never had such a relaxing experience moving house! Soti packed our house up with great care, were lovely people to have in our home and made the whole transition seamless. We will be moving back into our house again in six months after a large refurbishment and will 100% be using them. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Communication with Soti Moves was excellent throughout planning and carrying out the move. The two movers were very professional, extremely fast and vigilant with dismantling and moving but with attention to detail and without cutting corners. They were also really friendly which helped to make the move stress-free! Really good value for money and a very honest company. I will definitely use them again in the future

Soti Move were responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. It was a pleasure to deal with Andrey who was only too happy to answer any queries I had. He filled me with confidence that my furniture and belongings would be safe on the long journey from London to Pembrokeshire. I was not disappointed. Charged me for 5 hour removal but did it in 2 hours 20 minutes. On day i had arranged to move said it will be difficult, had to offer bribe Should have cost 220 pounds but paid 430. Then stole my radio. Reported as a crime. Will sue through civil court AND IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY YOU WILL SEE SOTI DO NOT DESPUTE THE EXTORTIONTE PRICE FOR THE TIME IT TOOK. AND INFORMING YOU ILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION & CALL POLICE IS NOT BLACKMAIL OR THREATS , IT'S a FACT. You published DEFAMATION & SLANDER SEE YOU IN COURT. And don't try to change wording as I've already photographed it for civil action. To take a disabled personsusing a crutch as a person to abuse is sickening. YOU Talk about positive reviews but on one I asked you how it is a review says you removed goods from a whole house in London to to Scotland unpacked in 7 Hours. I googled drive byo Scotland by car that in itself is a 7 Hour drive. I asked how is it possible that the review is honest you didn't reply. I reported you to trust pilot too!

We had Andrej's number from one of our friend who had a move not long before us. Since the beginning we had a very positive impression, Andrej very polite and open about prices. They have been super helpful and quick and they were able to provide us with an emergency storage unit with less than a day notice. We have not finished the move yet but so far I can tell that this is such an amazing company and I would recommend to anyone! Fast, caring, polite, very nice people. They provided boxes to put telly in and other material to protect some of my furnitures. This move has been quite a journey and as soon as it is complete I will do another review to update you all on their amazing work. I'm sure ill have a positive experience at the end too. Perfect service, arrived perfectly on time and helped us carrying all the boxes on the van. We finished to unload everything earlier, and they kindly helped us bringing all the boxes from the hall to our flat. Definitely 5/5, I will call them next time I have to move!

We had a relatively complicated move and Soti made it unimaginably easy. They packed up one flat and just did a normal removal service on the other and were friendly, efficient, super helpful and not a single thing got broken, scratched or damaged in any way. It was a joy to use them and they turned what should have been a stressful day into an absolute breeze. Highly recommended and would use them for any future moves and recommend to all of my friends. A gem of a find!
