Andrey and his team were absolutely incredible. They packed up our entire home seamlessly and efficiently with everything clearly labeled and then unpacked and assembled it all at the other end. We did not lift a finger. The whole experience was so stress free. It felt strange going out for lunch the day before a move! The only thing we did was instruct what furniture should go where in our new home. The team were really lovely and made the 2 days a fun and exciting experience - something not usually associated with a move! Can't recommend more highly.

Brilliant service from agreeing the quote to the actual move. Andrey and his team are very professional and took great care of our possessions. We used their move service (without packing), but Andrey also provided us with really useful tips on how best to pack, etc. He was very responsive throughout the process. I recently hired Soti Move for my move and was impressed with their service. Andrey, his brother, and Ivo made the process smooth and stress-free. The quote was clear, competitive, and within my budget. They arrived on time with plenty of equipment, such as dollys and a skate, which helped move items efficiently. My girlfriend and I had packed well, so we assisted with some boxes, speeding up the process. Andrey took charge of loading, while his brother unloaded at the new place and ensured parking was available in front. Ivo helped with both tasks, and the team worked well together. Andrey was friendly and professional, and the team handled our furniture with care, avoiding dragging it across the floor. The only minor issue was getting a king-size mattress up a narrow staircase, which left a few scuff marks, but this was not a major concern as we plan to redecorate. Overall, I am happy with Soti Move and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, efficient moving company.

This is my second time using the Soti Move team and once again I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team are so professional, kind and considerate. I loved them so much that despite moving out of London, I had them move everything into a new house in Margate - collecting my things from a storage unit - and having them help reassemble furniture again on site. Andrey and his team from Soti moved my daughter to her new flat in London in January 2024, plus moving some of the contents to Oxfordshire. They did an excellent job, particularly in disassembling and reassembling lots of ikea furniture! The move was accomplished very efficiently and quickly and the team were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Soti removals provided packing materials and moved my furniture and boxes from a one bedroom flat to a three bedroom flat in the same area of East London, in May 2023. Andrejs provided the lowest of four quotes from firms which review well on Which and Trust Pilot: less than half the cost of the highest quote. Service was excellent throughout and the team made the whole day easy. They planned everything that would be needed and did everything they'd planned, and they were clear about what I needed to do. They delivered the packing materials at short notice, and helped me plan the parking at the same time. On the day, Andrejs, Arthur and Elvis arrived early and worked very efficiently, using exactly the right equipment for each part of the job. They we're happy to give advice about how to wrap the piano and always listened to the instructions I gave them. They completed the move in slightly under the time quoted, and were transparent about the prices throughout. I will recommend Soti Removals to local friends as their performance was flawless.

I used Soti Move Removals for an international relocation (moving away from London to mainland Europe) across 5 different countries and using 2 ferries, and they made it a very easy and comfortable experience. They were very helpful in the preparations stage planning the relocation (always available with advice any time we needed it) and once the day came, super efficient and fast. Their pricing is also very fair, so was great value for money. Everything was loaded with extreme care and nothing was damaged or lost. I can't recommend them high enough if you are moving - whether nationally or internationally.

Arthur and his colleague were absolutely first class - I can't recommend them highly enough. I was phoned the evening before to check details, they arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule and were careful with the packing. Nothing was too much trouble. There were numerous drop-offs en route, and he phoned each person to let them know how long he would be. They were extremely courteous and friendly. I would definitely use them again for any move. Fantastic professionals. They are quick and very efficient people. They have also disassembled and assembled an old bed and they did very well. I definitely recommend their services. They have worked for me two times and I will contact them If I need them in the future.
