The material was good. However, the size that I ordered was too big, so I requested for information on how to return the item. The address to return was in Batian, Longgang, Guandong , China. Shipping back is probably more than I paid for the item. Package shows that it was shipped from New Jersey. I live in California

The covers are great and work and feel just as described. Service was great and even send an update email that order is still on the way. The only issue was I couldn’t get tracking info to work but I got the email so knew they were on the way. I only wish I took advantage of getting second pair on sale at check out! Would have been so convenient to just pull one off and replace it while the other is being washed.

Cushion covers are great. Easy off and on. Easy to wash. Turn out nicely after wash. Very happy with product. Only criticism is that product shipped from China and took forever....like 3 weeks. They kept me informed along the way, but still. So, really good product but no if you are in a hurry.

These covers are great. They don't move or slide on the cushions. Perfect for having pets that get on your furniture. Well worth the money.

Love these, my dog was able to put a small hole in the seat cover from digging, but other than that, love them!

CUSTOMER service is fast and efficient...we had a small mixup with our order. QUALITY justifies the price. Washes and wears well, and hides the dog hair. Fits my lounge cushions perfectly. Best cover I've found over the years. Caution, $USA, but worth the exchange rate.

The product fits and is very easy to put on the furniture. Th edelivery did tak esome time to get to my house, but I love this product and will buy again in the futur.

What a racket. Be very careful with this company and product. Ordered couch cushion covers and they just aren't constructed well. Tried to return them and they want me to pay to ship it to, wait for it...China! I asked for a US destination and now they are proposing that I keep them for half the price I paid. I don't want them at all! I want to return them for a refund! So, I'm now out $155 and have covers that won't work for my family.

Product is just as advertised. Super happy with the covers. Also I ordered the wrong color by accident and when I contacted them after my order was placed, they responded quickly and insured me that I would get the color that I wanted.

Honestly, I love the ouch covers I bought for our two 80 pound Boxers. It’s SO MUCH cleaner looking- less messy than dog throws over the couch cushions! They stay in place perfectly. My couch cushions are an inch or two larger than this size is for but fits nicely just the same. No one sees the underside anyway. There are no tears or runs on the fabric after a couple of months now. This is one site unseen purchase that I’m completely happy with.

Took a little long to get but fit couch pretty well. Only problem for me is my back couch pillows are attached to couch but made it work.
