Received incomplete product and costumer service is unreaponsive. Was promised a replacement 10 days ago here at Trustpilot and still no sign of it. They don't even answer my emails. Terrible service.

De website geeft aan: Bestel tot 18u. Morgen in huis. Dit is bij mij in iedergeval niet gelukt, ondanks dat de website van GLS zelfs een levertijdstip aangaf, kwamen ze gewoon niet opdagen. Erg teleur... See more

Goede begeleiding van de professionals. Ik kwam met een ruw plan en veel vragen maar Barry heeft het netjes uitgepuurd en verbeterd. Een oplossing op maat. Wel jammer dat ik lang moest wachten op de uiteindelijke productlijst. Dit lijkt me het enige verbeterpunt.
Bestelling perfect op tijd. Telefonisch contact was vlot en constructief. Een bocht-stuk van 45° voor de flexibele ventilatiebuizen zou de plaatsing nog gemakkelijker maken. (alleen verkrijgbaar in 90°?)
