So everything was good but packing is bad because you can tell from 1 kilometres that you ordered a snus. Guys pls pack it in cartons or something not in paper 🙏
Die Bestellung ging einfach und schnell von der Hand. Wie die Produkte sind kann ich leider erst in ein paar Tagen sagen da der Versand echt lange dauert. Werde dann bei der nächsten Bestellung die Produkte bewerten.

Hi, placed my order on 1st of November and the status of the order is still processing since 1st of November, the order has been paid and still nothing. Contacted customer service via email and they said that they don't have an order with my order number I have received with my paid confirmation and no account with the associated email. After contacted them again - I haven't received a reply.
