So everything was good but packing is bad because you can tell from 1 kilometres that you ordered a snus. Guys pls pack it in cartons or something not in paper 🙏

Omg Amazing PRODUCT
Hallo FREUNDE bedauerlicherweise wurde meine Bestellung von einer Mitbewohnerin entdeckt die sich gleich ein Doppeldecker gegönnt hat jetzt musste ich die Sauerei wegmachen naja trotzdem gutes Produkt mit sehr liebendswerter community.

Qualität der Snusbeutel ist unter aller S.. Bei einem telefonischen Kontakt mit Ihrem " Servicecenter", wurde ich aufgefordert alle Schachteln vorn und hinten sowie die Lieferpapiere zu photographieren und die Fotos einzusenden. Ich beziehe ca. aller 5 Wochen 2 Rollen Snus . Die letzten " Lieferungen zeichnen sich durch sehr mangelhafte Perforation der Snus beutel aus, sodas das Snuspulver in der Schachtel war.

Am 27. November habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die innerhalb von drei Werktagen geliefert werden sollte. Heute ist bereits der 4. Dezember, und ich habe meine Bestellung immer noch nicht erhalten – es ist bereits der sechste Werktag.

Zwei mal bestellt und alles Gut. Jetzige bestellung vom 25.11.2024 bis heute nicht erhalten. Dpd sagt die haben nichts bekommen. Snusdirekt-Support meldet sich auch nach mehreren anfragen nicht zurück. Geld und Snus hängen in der Luft. Evtl. Rechtliche Schritte. Danke für nichts. Gut wenn man mit Paypal bezahlt.... Heute am 10.12.24 kam das Paket dann doch noch an. 2 Wochen ist zu lange
