I haven’t received my parcel, and the tracking says delivered. I contact the support team and no reply. It’s upsetting as I am a customer for years and never had one issue. Now that I do no one supports Update: The support has contacted me and I have sorted with them. They are now back in my good books and I recommend.

Haven’t had any updates about my shipment delivery date, and the customer service email I contacted wasn’t even working and the email bounced back to me. Hoping that I’m not like the others that have had a bad experience

Initially it said 1 or 2 work days delivery. It has been more than 6 work days and it is still not delivered. I won't be able to receive it as I am leaving that address in the morning.
