So everything was good but packing is bad because you can tell from 1 kilometres that you ordered a snus. Guys pls pack it in cartons or something not in paper 🙏

Bestellung fehlerhaft
Bestellung fehlerhaft. Snus Beutel offnen,der Snus Inhalt ist ausgelaufen und somit alle Beutel nicht nutzbar. Nach wochenlangem reklamieren bei Snusdirect.eu habe ich trotz mehrfacher (gelogener) Zusicherung den gezahlten Betrag nicht erstattet bekommen. Und auch nicht das Produkt. Ich wurde nur hingehalten. Dringend abzuraten von dieser Firma . Ich werde nie wieder bestellen.

Ich war sehr lange Kunde & immer zufrieden. Jetzt warte ich seit über einer Woche auf meine Bestellung, Status „waiting“ ändert sich nicht. Kundenservice sehr schlecht zu erreichen & wenn, dann nicht kundenorientiert. Stornierung dauert bis zu 4 Werktagen? Wo gibt es denn sowas.. Zum Glück gibt es genug andere Shops..
