So everything was good but packing is bad because you can tell from 1 kilometres that you ordered a snus. Guys pls pack it in cartons or something not in paper 🙏

Prices good, delivery not good
Prices are good, delivery takes forever. One week later, the parcel is not even on its way yet, according to DHL. I have received stuff directly from China faster than this. Edit: Yes, I did contact your customer support but got no reply. Come on guys.

Express Lieferung(1-2 Tage) beantragt, ne Woche später immernoch nicht raus. Probleme im Lager und Lieferung und der Kundenservice hilft einem nicht weiter. Sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrung!

Lieferung per Express ich habe 20 Euro nur für den Versand bezahlt. Ergebniss Artikel werden dann nach einer Woche verschickt und ich habe noch 10 Euro Zoll auf eine 15 Euro Bestellung bezahlt eine komplette Frechheit ich würde es meiden
