The bourbon itself is good, but I had issues with my order being delayed without proper notification. When it finally arrived, the product was worth the wait, but the communication needs improvement.

Bought this for my anniversary and it was the highlight of the evening. The flavor profile is complex yet approachable, and the presentation was beautiful. Will definitely order again for future celebrations.
Really enjoyed this bourbon. Smooth, well-balanced, and reasonably priced for the quality.
Really pleased with this purchase. The bourbon has a nice balance of sweetness and spice, and the price point is fair. Would recommend to friends.
While the bourbon quality is decent, I had a poor experience with their customer service team. They were unhelpful when I had questions about my order and seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns.
The bourbon meets expectations - good flavor and smooth finish. Service is adequate but nothing special. Shipping was on time and product arrived safely.
The bourbon quality is top-notch, really impressed with the taste and craftsmanship. However, the customer service could be more responsive - took a few days to get answers to my questions about shipping.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable about their products and helped me select the perfect bottle for a special occasion. The bourbon itself exceeded expectations with its smooth finish and complex flavor profile.
The bourbon tastes great and has a nice complexity, but I feel it's overpriced compared to similar quality options. Service was professional though.
