The Agent allocated to my appointment, Ryan Taylor did his best to ease the application process but there's no getting away from it, it is somewhat elongated due to the thoroughness of the question set required. However, Smart Insurance's position in the market is not by chance and is the reason why I did my own research before taking out the policy to cover myself and my 15 yr old son.
