Well lead through the process of arranging installation which helped things run smoothly on the day. Engineer who carried out the installation was professional and efficient.
I got an electric charger installed at my home, the project was extremely well coordinated, I was kept updated as and when required. Anything I was asked to do was laid out in such a way that was even easy for me to understand. The day of the installation, the electrician made himself known, gave me an overview of what work he was doing, everything was installed professionally, there was no mess and the work was neatly done, great job.
Engineer came when stated, charger installed where we wanted and pleasant workman.
The installer turned up on time as per booking arrangement. Friendly, listened to how and where I would like the unit placed. Installed as per instruction, cleaned worksite after and took time to explain how unit worked.

Clean efficient service with minimum disruption to the home
I can only say that in my case the person who installed my charger was efficient and worked with me to adhere to the landlords rules and regulations, the installer certainly listened to my suggestions for keeping cables hidden within the building. There was only one thing I was not happy with, that he had to cut 2 holes in the interior for the cable to come down the cavity and one hole was not finished off at all well, he said he did not have any plaster to finish off, although I said it was O.K I was disappointed because I had to finish it off myself, still overall I was quite happy with the installation
I didn't see what the EV charger was going to look like and was not very happy with the look of it after it was installed. If I had seen how messy to was going to be I would have reconsidered, type or location. The installer left quit a bit of mess after the install which I was left to tidy up

every thing went well from start to finish
During installation a cable was nicked. The Installers said the appropriate part would ordered. My only contact with them said the part had been ordered. Weeks later nothing has been seen or heard from them! I think the installation was in May this year.
Engineer was here on time. Knowledgeable, pleasant, kept us on the loop and finished promptly while cleaning after himself. Really enjoying the charger and the convenience of charging from home on the over-night rates!
The engineer who came to install was great. The company 'Smarter Utility' were terrible. We had to wait a really long time to get an appointment, this was then cancelled at short notice and rescheduled for 6 weeks later. The engineer who came out installed the wrong charger as his job sheet was wrong. He said they would come back and replace it asap. When I phoned the company to get a date for a replacement, they would only offer one in 6 weeks, and we're generally quite rude and unprofessional.
