I was under the impression this was a free tool and that I could gain information before entering into any agreements. This is just a way to gain a database. No information provided and told I will receive an agreement via email.

I am really disappointed. Lack of verbal communication and felt like a case rather than a person with an Employment issue. You get a stern email if you call, email us their preference. Wouldn't recommend
