All good as usual from this company
Good delivery service but the locks were slightly larger than the originals fitted to the OXBOX3 so I had to file the box to fit the locks. Also had to place a washer behind the lock to make the key holes line up.
Fast straight forward ordering quick delivery
The kit is fine. The delivery however was not. No window for when to expect it. No use of garage to leave it if no answer, as requested. An email eventually to say delivery had been tried and a charge for a new day (still no time slot) and then it was left at the door before the day expected. That was welcome but made the rescheduling (and charge) irrelevant.
Delivered on time and have found it to be a cracking bit of kit. Its great for the back of the pick up and the drawer slides out towards me too so even handier. Good price too. Ordering another one soon.
Quick and Easy arrived promptly
Excellent service. Ordered tool late on a Thursday afternoon and received delivery exactly as predicted on Saturday early PM. Item as described and competivly priced. Good communication from ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend.
Prompt delivery ,free delivery , can not give you a review how it works as I have not installed it in the church .7/10/24 Just unpacked it disappointed to find that I have to fix a tube to the machine ,does not tell you the diameter you require ,paid £699.59 for it and you cannot supply a piece of tube!!!!!!!!!
Initially thought thats a very expensive wheelie bin! You do get what you pay for here to a certain extent. It’s very robust but super lightweight when empty, fitted with top quality long lasting highly sealed connections, which Is very important to me as a business using a 4000 psi petrol pressure washer running at 15 litres a minute using the bin as a supply tank. Works perfect and a big time saver. Also have to credit their after sales team and never experienced anything like it before! Received an almost instant phone call to help, plus doubled up very shortly after from another member of staff! I had an issue connecting the suction hose to my JCB pressure washer, different makes have different connections that I found out and mine had a tapered thread. The after sales team, as above contacted me almost instantly helping me to get a small connection that resolved the issue. Customers these days are too eager to complain, usually seeking some sort of compensation in my experience but generally can’t be bothered to give credit where it’s due. Thank you Sitebox and the team for my experience.
