Brilliant product with second to none after sales!
Initially thought thats a very expensive wheelie bin! You do get what you pay for here to a certain extent. It’s very robust but super lightweight when empty, fitted with top quality long lasting highly sealed connections, which Is very important to me as a business using a 4000 psi petrol pressure washer running at 15 litres a minute using the bin as a supply tank. Works perfect and a big time saver. Also have to credit their after sales team and never experienced anything like it before! Received an almost instant phone call to help, plus doubled up very shortly after from another member of staff! I had an issue connecting the suction hose to my JCB pressure washer, different makes have different connections that I found out and mine had a tapered thread. The after sales team, as above contacted me almost instantly helping me to get a small connection that resolved the issue. Customers these days are too eager to complain, usually seeking some sort of compensation in my experience but generally can’t be bothered to give credit where it’s due. Thank you Sitebox and the team for my experience.
