I know from past experience that this company is good for low freight charges and rapid dispatch, so when the bag arrived torn and empty, with an apology from Royal Mail, it was their chance to show how they would deal with that. These things happen, but the replacement came by return.

I ordered wegovy after recieving my package I opened the box and it was empty!! After spending over £900 with the company I contacted them repeatedly by email and I heard nothing back! Absolutely disgraceful robbery!
