A very very good product at a very good price does what it says on the tin

Went through process of ordering and paying for an item. I was emailed asking me contact them, I provided them with information they needed, aswell as through email. Heard nothing back recieved no item. Contacted again, requested refund as had to source elsewhere, as did not receive item and could not wait any longer. They cancelled order at their end, was informed 5-10 working days for refund. It's over that now and having to open a case with PayPal. Won't order with these again.

A terrible experience. Ordered Mounjaro which wasn't sent chilled (it should be kept chilled at all times). Contacted Simply Meds Online and they offered no help or assistance at all. They told me if I didn't like it I could dispose of the medication but there would be no refund or replacement. Will never shop with them again - when it goes well its great but when it doesn't they don't want to know and will evade their responsibilities.
