I have been dealing with them for some time, but in recent weeks their lack communication is unacceptable. They do not read email trails. They tell you one thing and do another. I am still waiting to speak to someone after raising a complaint for the second time. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. It's completely unacceptable. 30/6/2025 In your reply to your response. You have that wrong. I am still waiting. You dealt with an issue I had then the same thing happened all over again.
