I personally had a terrible experience with Simple Online Pharmacy and I would not trust a pharmacy that gives you drugs without consultation. And no... a written consultation should not count. They should call you at the very least.

My item was delivered 4 days later after failed delivery so arrived 72 hours later, ice pack and pen were hot and ice pack melted after being in a hot van I've informed SOP numerous times and just get a standard reply , The packaging with ice packs ensures that your medication is kept cool at fridge temperatures for at least 48 hours. After the 48 hours, your Mounjaro pen is still safe and effective to use for 30 days as long as it is kept below 30 degrees Celsius, As it was 72 hours! How can it be ok to use??? Customer service non existence Not happy
