Started with these only 2 months ago, went through the review and got passed, 5 days later order wasn't sent, contacted them and they needed my weight and height again, finally got my order over a week late, next month they was contacting me a week before I needed to reorder so if I did reorder I would have had 2 weeks worth still to use, when I did reorder they needed more information, weight and height again so was on hold again, customer services are impossible to get hold of, order cancelled in the end... pathetic service.... To that pathetic response there by simple online pharmacy..... I did send a response regarding my weight and height, also this information was filled out on the application forms, I took a screenshot, so you had this information twice, as for a refund I said if you can't fulfill my order would I get a refund, order was cancelled and refund sent, pathetic Latest response.... admitted there was a error on their behalf and apologised but this now resulted in me lowering my dose by going with someone else, missing a week of medication waiting for delivery if i order elsewhere and wasting over £100 by ordering a lower dose and will be playing catch-up every week, best thing is they sent a insulting offer of 20% off if i reordered with them as an apologie, 20% ha ha, thought it was a joke
