Very helpful when I had a query.. and also impressed that my prescription for Mounjaro is now on my GP/ NHS records.

They had started to get obstructive with providing mounjaro, making me book 20 minute appointments with dieticians that looked to be taking 2 weeks to do (that gave useless advice so they could tick boxes- i know i need to exercise and eat less) which meant it wasn’t going to be represcribed on time. The first diectician wasn’t very personable either and was rude and overstated her role on the call. Everyone knows you need to exercise more and eat less. Stop treating people like children. The admin staff too have for the most part are generally unhelpful, slow and stand-offish.

Been buying products from them since Jan! I have now placed and order which is costing me a bit ! They have taken a week to do the consultation where originally would be very quick ! When emailing them , they asked me not to email again or I will get put back at the back and they are taking longer than usual ! With my mental health and finances I am trying to balance both but they have treated me with no respect and continue not to send out my order ! Phone consultation booked now next week ! All I want is a refund SO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Reviewed today as refrigerated injection arrived warm and damaged. Their response was to share some copied and pasted text telling me it was safe and still cold. I raised a Section 75 with my credit card company as this is not in line with consumer law and if you read my earlier review you will see they responded with the same copied and pasted text. Still not acknowledging it is damaged and warm. What a waste of time they are!
