Returned the car to Pisa airport at 7.50 am nothing open leave car in bay as directed no one checked car but me. Nothing wrong with car but dusty. Funny old world now charging an extortionate amount for dust . Their photos don’t prove anything . Please AVOID THIS FIRM .

We burst a tyre on the motorway due to.some tying line that fell off a truck. When we looked for the spare tyre there was none. I had NO idea that was a possibility. In my 35 years of driving I have always understood a spare tyre was a necessary item. Biggest mistake was to call the roadside help given . The short ( we were in a city) tow by breakdown track was charged to us by the company at €600. The flat fee given by SBC is €340 + taxes in Slovenia for any tow and they wrongly said we were towed 150km instead of the fee. The money was unexpectedly taken from credit card over 2 months after car was returned. The Slovenia tow company had told us their charge for the short tow was €120 so a lot of profit for SBC. That's on top of the €250 charge for new tyre we paid for.

I rented a car from Milan airport. The delivery procedure was quick and good. The Egyptian employee was polite and good. Then I handed over the car at Rome airport. The receipt procedure was smooth and good. I only wish. Providing the tenant with the location of the delivery location. Due to the lack of clarity and the multiple parking roles, I hope this will be taken into account in the future. Thank you. I will try again.

Overall good experience. We paid in advance and had to pay an extra €30 per day when we arrived because we had a debit card and not a credit card, this wasn’t mentioned anywhere when booking. Other than that everything was good.

Checkin rapido, chiaro e semplice. Ho apprezzato non aver ricevuto troppe pressioni per l'acquisto di servizi accessori o upgrade. Checkout altrettanto rapido ed efficiente, con controllo sereno e "onesto" di eventuali danni, come dovrebbe essere, ma come purtroppo non sempre accade con altre compagnie.

Abwicklung verlief sehr gut und unkompliziert. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Fahrzeug war in einem TOP-Zustand, fast neu. Werde nächstes Mal hier wieder ein Auto mieten.
