Shore Rentals is a reliable small car rental company based on Auckland's North Shore. They offer very good value for money. We rented a small car for about 10 days. The staff were very friendly at pick up and gave us all the necessary information and a transparent rental agreement. It was possible to drop the car off at the nearby gas station outside of business hours. The car itself was well used but well maintained by the garage attached to the car rental company.

I don't even consider any other car rental company whenever I go to Auckland. Rob and the team are professional, friendly, outstanding value for money, and if you want the full package of quality vehicles, top shelf service, and a cost effective option, they're the only option. Do yourself, your family (they could cater to our big family of EIGHT!) and your bank balance a favour.

Easy to use online booking service. Prices comparable with other rentals for mid-range vehicle. (I opted for a more expensive vehicle as the cheapest commuter option was to expensive considering its age and manual only option.) Pickup and drop off was friendly, quick and straightforward. My go to for a rental on the Shore. Highly recommended
I got my little Barina very quickly from your very helpful attendant who walked me to the car-did checks and even offered to back out for me. It was the same when I returned the car this morning. He released the bond for me straight away as I told him I was leaving Auckland. Great service.

I chose Shore Rentals because of its location and competitive rates. After booking communication was great. I arrived about 45 minutes early and it was no problem. The man who dealt with my booking was great. Nothing was too much trouble. He was kind and considerate. I will definitely recommend this company to others!

My experience of Shore Rentals was great. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. The car was clean and ready at the time we had requested. There was no fuss - we had booked online so basically only had to show ID and sign and were good to go. Thank you - we will be using this service again.
