'In terms of your request unfortunately, due to the age of your products we no longer service or supply parts for replacement. If you wish to replace your products with any updated products from our range, we can make an appointment and include a discount code for you to use with our sales team'. Spent thousands with Anglian 12 years ago, windows still good, handle disconnected could not close window. Watched a few YouTube videos and then was able to fix it myself. Anglian most unhelpful when contacted, they need to engage more with their customers and not their profit. Perhaps they could upload a few troubleshooting videos for customers. Bought spare window handle in case I need it but they were unable to advise me see quote above.
