When I tried to find a replacement door handle for one that was broken the response was very poor and gave no help at all I suppose because it was for such a small thing

Fine, despite not having any instructions
Despite not having any instructions, the latter box was easy to fit after realising that the bolts were of differing lengths and I had to thread then through a plastic sleeve.

Replacement casement window handles.…
I needed replacement casement window handles as present ones no longer lock. The spindle on the ones on web site were shorter than originals but I was assured they were long enough which proved correct. Delivery was very quick and fitting took a couple of minutes. All good

Easy from start to finish
Easy from start to finish. We had only ordered 5 windows ( a couple of windows were not being changed ). One of the fitters arrived to remove the windows but obviously did not check the paperwork as he was going to remove a window from upstairs that was not being replace. It was only because I heard him in that bedroom and I went up to tell him that this window was staying as it was! Both fitters were very polite, professional and friendly. They left my house in a clean and tidy order.

The replacement window handle was easy to fit.
The replacement window handle is similar in shape to those I have and was easy to fit and seems solidly made. No problems with ordering or delivery. I was concerned that the shaft may be the wrong length because I didn’t know what my existing ones were but it was fine.
