Replacement window lock

When I rang to enquire about my window lock the person I spoke to was most helpful and very efficient. He looked up the records (the windows were installed twenty years ago), assured me that a new lock could be supplied and emailed me the link I needed. I ordered the new part on 16 August and hoped that it would arrive before I went on holiday on 31 August. It didn't; it arrived before I returned on 7 September so it has now been fitted and it's fine.

Fight for your refund

If could would give O Ordered a replacement door handle from Anglian. On arrival was wrong one so sent back and re-ordered replacement which I thought was right one. On arrival that was also wrong,(after speaking to Anglian our door is of an age they do not carry spares), so sent back for refund. First handle returned, received by them on the 26th July and was eventually refunded on the 22nd August. Second handle returned,received by them on the 8th August and was eventually refunded on the 8th September. Luckily I had certified delivery to prove receipt. Their refund policy is it will be refunded within 14 days (not working days). Sent numerous e-mails but you only get a generic reply they will contact you within 5 working days which they never do. Contacted Customer services several times, were some help contacting refund department. Last time I spoke to Customer services they contacted refunds and the second refund was being processed that day but still took another 11 days reach my account.How does a simple refund take so long when banking is easy to pay or refund.
