Required part no longer available
Supplied the part(s) promptly but part did not fit. Apparently the parts that I need are no longer available. Advised to saw down screws provided to required length. Disappointed that fittings become ‘obsolete’. Can no longer use window.

There is no customer service
There is no customer service. I was told to order on line. It was difficult to match the handles you originally provided and when the handle arrived, it is obviously not the same. Why cannot you be more helpful. All I wanted was for you to send me an identical handle for which I have to pay as the guarantee has expired. Is that too difficult? I would never recommend Anglian.

You were unable to supply the correct…
You were unable to supply the correct door handles for our door installed by you in 2008 despite being given the full details, the ones you supplied were incorrect and had to be returned for a refund as you are unable to supply the correct ones. The most disappointing part of all this is that on contacting customer service i was told that you did not stock parts for installations that old and to look elsewhere, this I have now done apparently these handles were common Everest and Anglia at this time but I was offered no help or advice from your so called customer service
