The delivery was timely the window…
The delivery was timely the window catches work as they should. I will say that the windows were fitted 11 years ago and no longer under warranty. These catches have all broken and would not unlock and have already been replaced under warranty. Poor design and workmanship has caused those to break again. So Anglian are at fault and the reason I have to buy from them further replacements. It does look as if these new ones look to be of a better design.

Order Process and Survey
The website ordering and process was great, however I got notified that my order was being shipped via the Apple Pay! But it is now over a week and the order has not arrived. I contacted the customer care his the webchat and was told that orders will take up to 2 weeks for shipping! But now I am sent a survey of how my experience has been! Seems a bit too soon especially as I have not received the goods yet!
