Very disappointing service!
Very disappointing service. I even contacted chat line TWICE and was on both occasions I was assured that product would arrive within 14 working days. This did NOT happen. There is no indication as to where it is now and in addition - a time scale of almost 3 weeks seems a long time to dispatch a door handle. I shall be contacting complaints for a refund.
