Friendly and informative.

We have just sold our bungalow through Sheen's in Frinton - they were absolutely brilliant! Selling can be quite a stressful experience, but they made it very easy for us, with a very professional approach throughout. They kept us regularly updated on the entire chain - and always returned calls promptly. The entire end-to-end service was fantastic - and their photography, floor plans, video of our property - and their team - the best around. I would highly recommend Sheen's if you're looking to sell your property. AAA+++

From chasing solicitors for updates and dealing with a particularly awkward vendor, they were always kind, honest, positive and responsive. I've used them on a couple of occasions and have also recommended them to others when they have used other sellers and have been unable to sell, once they've moved over to Sheens they've sold really quickly!! Baring in mind I was the buyer of a property sold by Sheens and I was selling my property through another agent so I was not a client of Sheens therefore Sheens were making no money from me in anyway! Leigh-Ann at Sheens is very helpful, kept me updated regularly and dealt with questions and queries immediately. I received a curtesy call from Lee just to thank me for my cooperation, not something you get very often from an estate agent! I was kept in the loop by Sheens regularly and never left in the dark! Customer service was fantastic! So much so that I have asked them to be the selling agent for my mums bungalow! Great agent! Thank you

As a journalist, it's fair to say that we have a reputation that is down the bottom - with estate agents. Sheens do not, however, deserve such a lowly reputation. Put simply, it was the most professional, most sales patter-free transaction I have ever had with an estate agents... and I have bought and sold more than 10 properties over the years. The whole team, from Rob to Leigh-Ann, from Lee and James, were always polite, helpful and, that key word again, professional. It was not the smoothest of transactions due to the bungling by my conveyancers, but Sheens was an assured presence trying to keep the sale on track, which we are now within a whisker of completing. I can scent sales spiel at a hundred paces, but from the outset, as stated above, Sheens, and Rob in particular, spoke to me like a grown up and not like someone being sold a second-hand car. A big thank you to them all and top recommendation from me!

Sheen's Estate agents in Clacton offer excellent customer service. They sold my Fathers property after he died and Sheen's have been excellent right the way through from start to finish. Always updating you by email or phone, keeping you updated. and questions answered immediately and anything you have to ask is always dealt with in a professional manner. Every member of staff was always very friendly and helpful and professional at all times. The support i was given by Sheen's was outstanding. The Manager Mr L Everitt was Absoloutely Brilliant and efficient at all times. He definately made sure that i was kept up with what was going on always so helpful and emailed me whenever there was anything i needed to know about.
